In 1989, Gary and Glenda Long turned their lakefront home into a fishing lodge. This transformation allowed the Longs to serve their clients on a more personal basis. Whether planning an unforgettable hideaway trip for two or a great place for company trips, feel free to take advantage of their full-day fishing packages.

Gary has many years of fishing experience. He is a full-time guide on Lake Fork and fishes BIG BASS tournaments every chance he gets. Some of his achievements include

Glenda cooks breakfast and dinner each day and has meals ready for your enjoyment as you start and end your full day of fishing. They have also added waterfront cabins that they also use for their package deals, or you may rent them by day or week and fish on your own.

Our guides use modern bass boats and the latest equipment. All guides are full-time professionals experienced in locating the BIG BASS, and in making sure you, the customer, always come first.

Lake Fork is one of the most beautiful lakes in east Texas. Covered with dogwood, pine and oak trees, Lake Fork provides the perfect setting for the fisherman's dream.

Lake Fork covers approximately 28,000 acres and was opened to the public in 1980. Now regarded as one of the hottest BIG BASS lakes in the USA, Lake Fork holds the Texas state record catch of 18.18 lbs. and also holds 38 of Texas Top 50 Big Bass caught.

Lake Fork is located in northeast Texas between Interstates 20 and 30. Lake Fork Reservoir is approximately 80 miles east of Dallas and approximately 40 miles north of Tyler.
